88ev Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 88ev ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 88ev online gaming platform, accessible at https://88ev.im and all associated subdomains, mobile experiences, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the 88ev registration process, by logging into an existing 88ev account, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the 88ev Platform, you unconditionally confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

These Terms should be read alongside the 88ev Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 88ev. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

The 88ev Platform is intended for adult players only. Access to and use of the Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements being met in full at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an 88ev account;
• You must be a natural person, capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law;
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into this agreement;
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 88ev or any affiliated entity.

88ev conducts mandatory age and identity verification using CNIC-based Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures. All players are required to submit a valid, government-issued Pakistani CNIC as part of the account verification process. 88ev reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the completion of satisfactory age and identity verification at any time.

To access the full range of 88ev services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in real-money gaming, you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

88ev enforces a strict one account per player policy. Each individual is permitted only one active account on the Platform at any time. The following parameters are each individually subject to the one-account restriction:

• One account per CNIC number;
• One account per registered Pakistani mobile number;
• One account per registered email address;
• One account per residential household address;
• One account per verified payment method (JazzCash account, EasyPaisa account, bank account number).

KYC verification documents required by 88ev include, but are not limited to: a clear photograph or scan of the front and back of your CNIC; a selfie photograph; and proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and number). Additional documents may be requested at 88ev's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 88ev account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 88ev will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. Any communication claiming to be from 88ev that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

You must notify 88ev immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 88ev accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential or from your failure to notify 88ev of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person;
• Do not use a password that is easily guessable or reused across multiple platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection;
• Avoid logging in to 88ev on public Wi-Fi networks — use mobile data where possible;
• Log out of your 88ev session when using a shared device.

88ev accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the 88ev Cashier at the time of deposit;
• Deposits are generally credited to your PKR balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used;
• 88ev does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider (e.g. your bank or mobile wallet) may apply their own transaction charges;
• In the event of a failed deposit where funds have left your account, contact 88ev support immediately with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your 88ev account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your 88ev account;
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is displayed in the 88ev Cashier and is subject to periodic review;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the associated balance component is eligible for withdrawal;
• 88ev targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during business hours by fully verified accounts, but reserves up to 3 business days in cases requiring additional review;
• 88ev reserves the right to perform additional identity and payment verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, contact 88ev customer support at [email protected] with your account details and the withdrawal reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting 88ev support, as this may result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.

88ev offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address;
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is specified in each bonus's individual terms;
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the timeframe stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from the account without replacement;
• Certain game types (e.g. live casino games, specific slots, or sports markets with odds below a stated minimum) may contribute less than 100% towards the wagering requirement — contribution percentages are stated per promotion;
• 88ev reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a bonus already credited to an account, or modify bonus terms where it suspects abuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms;
• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through coordinated betting strategies, multi-accounting, or other forms of bonus abuse will have winnings voided and accounts suspended.

All bets placed on the 88ev sportsbook and all wagers on casino games are subject to 88ev's betting rules, which are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products:

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the 88ev system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player unless the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that specific market;
• 88ev reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the odds were materially incorrect due to a technical error, or where there is evidence of prior knowledge of the outcome at the time the bet was placed;
• Maximum win limits apply per bet, per day, and per event — these limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport, event, and market type;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches) will be used as the definitive result;
• 88ev does not accept bets from players who have any material, non-public information regarding the event on which they are betting. Such bets will be voided if discovered.

For cricket betting specifically — including PSL, Test matches, and T20 Internationals involving Pakistan — results are determined based on the official score at the end of the defined settlement period for each market. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or affected by weather, 88ev's cricket-specific settlement rules as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform will govern the outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88ev Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account in violation of the one-account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's identity, CNIC, payment method, or account details;
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity and attempting to withdraw them as gaming proceeds;
• Participation in or facilitation of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corruption of sporting events;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform's random number generators or odds-setting systems;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes (collusion);
• Any attempt to defraud 88ev through chargebacks, false transaction disputes, or any other financial manipulation;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal without appropriate authorisation.

88ev reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct described in Section 9;
• The account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime;
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period after being requested to do so;
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion request or a third-party exclusion order;
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to 88ev.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 88ev account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure by a player in good standing with no outstanding KYC or compliance issues, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any amounts subject to pending investigation) will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

88ev is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. The Platform operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence that requires the provision of the following responsible gaming features:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately for reductions and after a cooling-off period for increases;
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure time-based notifications to alert them of how long they have been active on the Platform;
• Self-Exclusion: Players can voluntarily exclude themselves from the 88ev Platform for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the responsible gaming section of your account or by contacting support;
• Reality Checks: Periodic account activity summaries showing time spent and net gaming position during a session;
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account pause option for players who need a short break without committing to full self-exclusion.

88ev will never market, advertise, or direct promotional communications to any player who has voluntarily self-excluded. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account — any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.

All content on the 88ev Platform, including but not limited to the 88ev brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game content, and text ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to 88ev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Content without prior written permission from 88ev;
• Use any automated data extraction tools (scraping, crawling, or mining) on the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software used on the Platform;
• Use the 88ev brand, logo, or any Content for commercial purposes or to promote any competing service;
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

88ev provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 88ev takes reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates securely and reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ev excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, internet connection failures, or any force majeure event beyond 88ev's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure;
• Errors in odds, market information, or results caused by third-party data providers;
• Loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from account suspension or closure;
• Any claim arising more than 30 days after the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 88ev's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

88ev collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the 88ev Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out what personal information is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights regarding your personal data under applicable data protection law.

88ev will never share your personal data with third parties except where required to fulfil its licence obligations, for payment processing, for regulatory compliance and AML reporting, or where required by law. Full details of data processing activities are available in the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

88ev reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, 88ev will notify registered players via email and/or by displaying a notification on the Platform upon login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated.

Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the beginning of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88ev's international gaming licence is issued. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your use of the Platform, or the settlement of bets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise the dispute with 88ev customer support and allow 88ev a reasonable opportunity (not less than 30 days) to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter amicably. All dispute notifications must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, relevant account details, and supporting evidence where applicable.

88ev's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account verification, and Terms interpretation shall be final and binding unless successfully challenged through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process. Where no resolution can be reached, the matter may be escalated to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service as provided under 88ev's gaming licence terms.
