Where 88ev engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf (for example, payment processors, fraud detection services, or cloud infrastructure providers), those third parties act as Data Processors and are bound by contractual obligations that restrict them to processing personal data only in accordance with 88ev's documented instructions and this Policy.

88ev collects personal data from you in the following categories. We only collect information that is necessary and proportionate to the specific purpose for which it is collected.

88ev uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

88ev implements a comprehensive range of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit between your device and the 88ev Platform;
• AES-256 encryption for personal data stored at rest on 88ev servers;
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all internal 88ev staff systems that handle personal data;
• Role-based access controls that limit employee access to personal data strictly to those with a documented business need;
• Regular third-party penetration testing and security audits of the Platform infrastructure;
• Automated intrusion detection and anomaly monitoring systems operating 24/7;

While 88ev takes all reasonable technical steps to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You also play a role in keeping your account safe by maintaining strong, unique passwords and keeping your login credentials confidential.

The 88ev Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. 88ev does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21 years of age, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any way.

If 88ev becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the associated personal data to the extent permitted by law, and report the matter in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
